Nice Product with quality materials and hardware. I bought this to replace the original stainless steel nest that came with my Vision Classic B Komodo style grill. The original stand had a design problem where the castors screwed into pressed threads and eventually they gave way and I was afraid the grill would topple. Here’s what I noted:1. The instructions are pretty bad. The exploded diagram on the front correctly shows how all the parts attach. The step by step instructions inside the brochure does not even address or show the installation of the additional leg supports that are clearly shown on the front diagram.2. When completing the assembly, be aware the egg fits extremely tightly in this nest. You may think your egg is too big at first. We could not get the egg to go all the way down to seat on the crossmembers it rests upon at first. We went back and loosened the threads at the base of the four vertical posts with the rubber bumpers. This allowed us to press the egg down to the cross members. I would recommend putting a thin smear of Vaseline lubricant inside the rubber bumpers and leaving those bolts loose until you get the egg slipped in and then tighten the bolts. This will give you a good fit and make the install easier.Great product if you are aware of these tricks. It is heavy weight and made to last!This is a very sturdy product. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions were incomplete so I had to figure it out on my own.- Easy to assemble- Strong construction- Rolls like a with strong wheel locks (2)I was very impressed with this Green Egg/ Kamado rolling cart. It is very heavy duty, well made, the wheels are big and sturdy.This thing is SOLID! Thanks!Simple design, easy installation, very sturdy, Makes my BGE easy to move, fair price. Just buy it.I assembled this yesterday and put my large BGE into it. It seems very sturdy and the parts fit together well. The directions failed to include a step to attach the struts that go inside of the legs though.I have a Vision egg type grill as I was moving my egg the OEM cart broke in the center on the bottom side of the grill luckily I was able to get the egg to the ground without damage! So I ordered this cart, first it comes well packaged, easy to assemble and weighs 3x as much as the OEM cart which was held together in the middle with a pot metal cross assembly that broke on mine. If you move your egg style grill I recommend this cart.If this 78 year old grandmother can put this together, you can, too. A few hints. Do not tighten bolts until assembled...can finger tighten. Wheels are the hardest part, as you have to thread them through 3 layers of metal, which is why I kept extra screwdrivers on hand, to align them up while I put on the crossbars on the bottom (reason for not tightened bolts). Once it is done, it looks great. Now, to get my 81 year old hubby to help me put the large BGE in it (completely disassembled, of course). Looks great..
